It's not possible to decrypt the SD card with a new phone. The encryption key will be saved in the old phone which is necessary to decrypt your card. Put the card back in the old phone and decrypt the card. Also if the old phone is formatted, SD can't be decrypted as the encryption key will be deleted while formatted.
