GoodLock app is there, but purpose of GoodLock app is entirely different..its used for customization of home screen and notification panel..also there are several other features..

No but there are other ways. Go to Samsung themes app. This will change every screen not just of call but every app screen or u may use some other dialer as default such as Truecaller dailer. or a seperate phone call app.

you can change it by using the app CALLER THEME and you can use your own pics or even have live wallpaper call flash screens and dialers and you can pay or watch a video and you get the wallpaper. There are all kinds of different dialer apps you can use and download from the play store. It wil give you new features and all kinds of stuff. Just type in dialers and call dialers phone call dialer apps.there are tons. And there is a way to shrink the flash screen so its just a call or answer dot on your screen when I find out how I did it last time I'll post it. I hope this helos.chek it out irs pretty dooe.
