You need to install Content blocker extension apps from the market (Google Play Store, Galaxy Apps) to enable the Content blocker feature. Downloading apps is available in the Settings menu of Samsung Internet (Samsung Internet version 5.0 or higher) as below.
Once you install the Content blockers extension apps, the Content blockers menu will be visible and executable in the Settings of Samsung Internet. Samsung Internet version 4.0: Google Play Store > Search for “Samsung Internet Content Blocker” and install (after installation) Internet > More > Settings > Advanced > Content blocker > On Samsung Internet version 5.0 or higher: Internet > More > Extensions > Content blocker > Download blocker and then turn the app on
