you took picture of old paper picture and with date on it, in 2019, in as bad resolution and took picture on your phone, set it as a wall paper,than made screen shoot and set on it emoji and posted here and activated old fiture in 2019 and how to move this immovable thing??? *-_-*

it cant be moved, thats just how it is. why dont you just disable it and swipe to app drawer instead?
