My Samsung Galaxy A15 doesn't charge when powered on; instead, it shows reverse charging. It charges when powered off, but sometimes it doesn't charge at all. I have to replug the charging cable 2-3 times to make it start charging. Both my phone and charger are new, purchased in September.

I am using a15. It doesn't show any such issue. I purchased Samsung charger priced 3k. Try different adapter and cable.

I think its charging jack has a fault.
