It has been a month since I responded to the winner announcement email for the "Picture Perfect with Galaxy AI" contest, sharing my acceptance and PAN card details.
While others who received their winner emails later have already received their vouchers within 10 days, I am still waiting for mine for 1 month.
I’ve been holding off a purchase in anticipation of the voucher, but in the meantime, I’ve received multiple calls from Samsung Shop App about the pending purchase. Unfortunately, my emails seeking an update on the voucher have gone unanswered.
As an active participant in Samsung contests and a loyal customer, finally winning was exciting. However, this delay and lack of communication have been disappointing. I kindly request a prompt response and resolution by providing the voucher as promised.
