HW-Q800A. Anybody able to see firmware version 1008 on Smart Things app

I was able to see a latest firmware version 1008 available via USB for the HW-Q800a soundbar. However I see it is unavailable via Smart Things app yet. Is anybody else having the same issue?

The India chat executives have no clue and just want to send an engineer to home for everything.

It's available only via USB download. How's the sound quality. Is it useful for music listening also?

Are you facing any issue that sound stops when you use volume up and down. I've seen a video .
