Subject: Problems facing while using S10+
Respected Sir/Mam,
I have purchased Samsung 10 plus on 6th March 2019 as currently I am getting very trouble while using it.
As main issue are:
1. I am unable to charge phone properly as from one side of slot it is charging fast and from other side Phone is taking long time to get charged.
2. Phone gets hot in just few minutes while I am doing video call and it gets so hot that for that particular time it’s difficult to hold phone also.
I have used many Samsung phones and I am also having S9 but till know I have not got any problems like this while using the phone. So I request you to take action on my issue as soon as possible.
