Google maps is also preinstalled application with Samsung model so uninstall will not work

This problem exists in Samsung phones since the Android Pie. I'm facing this problem since I recieved pie on my m20. I've reported to Samsung and they told it's an app problem. I've contacted to Google too but no response from them. This problem is faced by many Samsung users.

it's Samsung issue no doubt, but not providing a solution is very bad.... at least they should not installed some preapplication and create issue like this....

for me, maps doesn't come preinstalled and reinstalling the app doesn't fix this issue(already tried).

Now I'm waiting for Android 10 hoping it's system will have some changes which will resolve this issue.
