Google Translate floating button is permanently displays and this is very annoying

when you press the icon it will show you the last text you copied and when you hold the icon nothing happened.

yes, i enable it. but it's usually when you copy any text the icon will showing just 10 seconds then it will disappear !! and after update android 10 the icon is permanently displays !!

It is still available and can be activated but needs permission through settings and privacy
