Dear samsung I ask alot of questions about galaxya12 smartview or screen mirroring and I ask to add by any update software but no reply and no body tacke care I wish to take care for all questions

Actually I visit samsung link website but nothing no result my question please if samsung can add by any update smartview option to galaxya12 or no this simple question whay every thing became difficult this software can update samsung change the way to help customers because like this people going to buy from other company if samsung ignore the service in mobile and ignore the customer
