My samsung galaxy m32 phone sometimes auto tuching.and also sometimes stuck and restarting.i noted that auto tuching problem is coming when phone is heating.i need a solution for this

Hi... try these things.
First, turn on your device in Safe mode and use some times. Once you turned on safe mode, it runs only the default apps on your device. So you can find out if any bugs causing this on your installed apps.
If this does not work, reset your device and see. Contact a Samsung service center if the issue exists even after the rest.
For the heating issue, try these things.
1. If your device has any unwanted apps, Uninstall them or put them into deep sleep.
2. Minimise the usage of the device while it charging.

Hi 👋,
Try these steps
1. Don't use so many apps
If you have some apps not essential zip those apps
2. Turn off background running apps
Put them sleep or deep sleep(without social media apps)
3. Turn off background data using from unused apps(without social media apps)
4. If you can use a wifi connection
