I have noticed reducing the resolution worked
Wc might mean that the GPU might be overworking itself

Brother. I do understand your situation.
Try these following tips:
1. Switch off 5G.
The A35 does have 5G but it consumesna bit of too much power on it and this causes heating on the phone.
2. Reduce animations.
In settings just search "animations" you will see an option of reducing animations and enable it. Animations also causes heating especially if it is associated with 120Hz refresh rate.
3. Switch to 60Hz
Talking about the 120Hz, this setting makes your phone process data 2 times faster than normal. This is "nice" but at the same time you should know that it can cause heating on your phone especially for the big applications you have on your phone (if you have them) so Switch to 60Hz. Settings > Display > motion smootheness > standard.
4. Optimization.
Auto optimize your phone at least twice a week (at times you are sleeping) so that it can restart itself automatically and be ready to start afresh. This must be done at least a few times a week. Settings > device care > auto optimization.
I hope i was able to help🙏

I apreciate the help i just cant use the phone in 60hrz will end up feeling slugish
I found out running the screen at a lower resolution easies the pressure on the SOC
WELL since the version of ONE UI on the m35 series dose not have the option to change resolution
ADB was the only way i lowered the resolution
Been cooler since then
