Galaxy Entertainer not working some thing went wrong error

I have my samsung s20 plus. It worked the very first time and then it started giving this error where it says

Oops, some thing went wrong, please try again

And when I try again it says

Internet connection is down

Hello,

Please try these steps to fix the issue:

-Delete Webview app update: Settings > Apps > Search Webview > Tab Android System Webview > Tap more (three vertical dots) > Uninstall updates.

-Uninstall Samsung Members app and install it again.

-Before you open the app allow all permissions: Settings > Apps > Tap more (three vertical dots) > App permissions.

I tried these steps but still galaxy entertainer is not working. I am supposed to download galaxy entertainer from Google play store right?
