Finally used 5k Gift Voucher Coupon but with lot of Email follow up 🤬

Finally I got able to redeem my Gift/Prize Voucher of 5k after lot of Stressful Email follow (9+6 times) up, this is when... everything was mentioned clearly (No hidden terms & Conditions) with Mail received dated 23May'23.. They keep on replying that it expired on 10th June itself & I keep on going with " How it could expired on 10th June when it is supposed to be expired by 30th June'23 Midnight".. Last 2 replies I given in a different way (No wrong or Ab.usive wordings used but hit it in very hard), So finally the chapter is over now and I am able to gift this to someone whom I want to give 🤗🤗 but this is not the way things should go at all 🤬🤬

Again I am shocked with this whole episode & I wouldn't have expected this from Samsung at all 🤬🤬
