The best feature I like in members is the Phone care feature. This helps us in any malfunctioning of any feature. All the sensors and functions can be checked and if any issues are there it can be reported.
Another great thing I love is the forum. This keeps us updated as BA about any issues with any devices or features. This helps us bettering what we are packing as a team or a brand. It also gets us updated about updates from different devices.
