Good day samsung i would inform you.s that I am extremely disappointed with you.s because of your previous software update which causing alot of problems for me with my samsung galaxy A35 5G or A356E I wouldn't have expected this kind of response from a very good and reliable company and phone manufacturer like samsung i haven't got the money to take my phone to repair centers


I hope and pray that you will mostly definitely improve your work and massively improve on catching bugs in the future especially when customers like me have done 100% percent clear update with 100 percent full internet connection 
 

P.s it would be greatly appreciated if you.s could bring back the original fm back the galaxy appstore as alot use to like using it to listen to the radio

Resert factory full and please make sure i remember your email and password then if this continues tey to contact samsung via remote and they will diagnose your mobile 📱 inhaler that issue but after resetting it to factory mode it was good remember to back up your file

Sorry to disappoint you but I already done a full factory reset and the issue still persists and I have repeatedly dealt with samsung about these problems they advise me to wait for the next software update patch fix to rectify and correct theses issues that i am facing
