The Entertainer application is not downloading for UAE, when brows to Samsung benefits and selects Entertainer offer then UAE, the Entertainer icon appears to download but never finishes.

uninstall Samsung members app .. and download it again it will work

Go to Settings>App>Locate the Samsung member App> Storage > Clear Data And Cache.
