Dual whatsapp not saving media

 I am a user of Note10

 On main WhatsApp app everything is working perfectly.

I also setup from the settings the dual whatsapp and it was working perfectly 

but since two days it is not saving medias on the storage. I havs checked nothing changed on the settings.

For PDf not opening because the gile is not saved on the storage. 

I cannot share any documents 

I cannot even upload any picture from camera as the message appear file format not supported.

Does any one are facing similar issues?

Any guidance?

You can try the following steps : 

1. Clear cache for your app : Settings > apps > Select app > Storage > Clear cache 

2. Uninstall and Re-install the app 

3. Perform a soft reset by pressing and holding the power button and volume-down button simultaneously till the device restarts.

*The phone may take a screenshot, but please keep holding the buttons.
