I hope Samsung can resolve this issue.

Scenario: SIM1 - Main number, registered to my banks. SIM2 - my personal postpaid used for calling, data, and sms.

I don't usually put call credits to my SIM1 as I have SIM2 as my postpaid. My issue is that during a call using my SIM2, i can't receive SMS in my SIM1. So if I call my bank using SIM2 and if it asks for OTP, i will not be able to receive it in my SIM1. I need to end the call first so i can receive the OTP. This does not make sense.

This is where samsung terribly fails as other leading mobile brands don't have this kind of issue. They can easily receive SMS in SIM1 while on call in SIM2. No problem at all.

Samsung, i still have faith in you. Please fix this problem which exists for a long time already.

Kindly try to check Dual SIM.

Go to your device's home screen and tap on the Settings app.

Tap on Connections and Network.

Choose SIM card manager / Dual SIM settings depending on your device.

Look for an option related to Dual SIM settings.

You might need to set preferences for your SIM cards, such as which SIM is used for calls, messages, or data.

Yes, i did it too. Nothing works. All my calls, messages and data are set to SIM2. I tried shifting my messages to SIM1, but still it didn't work.

I tried to even call samsung and did the remote work, but still to no avail.

It is very frustating.
