Does samsung support full picture display for calls?

Does samsung support full picture display for incoming calls?? Like an iphone?

If yes, can someone tell me how to enable it??

(phone>>3dots>>settings>> call display while using Apps)

no if you are in Android 10

you can use 3rd party apps
