Exynos 9611,9610 phones have a motherboard issue which will cause bootloop issues. Back up your data so that you won't lose them.

Check if auto restart is turned on in; Battery and Device Care --> Automation (three dots top right corner)
And if not turned on then it might be the issue in chipset or motherboard.
