Default camera app is not working

Whenever I open the default camera app it shows this error (attached). 

I have reset the app settings. 2 delete data and cache . 3 force stop and then start. 4 disable and enable but nothing works for me . 

So please anyone who can help me to fix this error.

Go to your settings of phone nd force stop the camera /or reboot your phone it will fixed your issue.
