HIIT or circuit training of Pushups, Dips on Chairs, Pullups on Doors, Core Exercises (like Crunches, Hyperextensions, Planks, Side Planks, Russian Twists, Mountain Climbers) Squats, Lunges, Jumping Jacks are a good fitness at home

To start my day active, I do warmup exercises in morning for around 45 minutes, and in evening I walk in my terrace for 45 minutes !! just simple
