Dark mode for notes pdf

Why samsung not allowing dark mode for pdf in Samsung notes , 

Most of people want to read pdf in dark mode , i install dobe just for dark mode 

if notes have dark mode for pdf we will not need any other apps for anything at all for pdf

Same issue for me, there is no way to enable dark mode in pdf.
