Does Samsung provide us a Customer support service like a support chat with company  offecials other than this community Guidance of other users?

I've seen something like text chat but it ain't usable in our convenient hours of day . (Only office time) 

Even worse its on a browser web page not with the members app.

I got a chance to toucha Nokia 5.3 surprisingly it has a customer support service which they reply in about 2 minutes with official agents 🤔Though they do not have a active community which is relative + for Samsung

Imagine how difficult replying to almost thousands of queries from a bigger community or few queries from less bigger community?

So you're telling that Nokia's global community is lesser than Samsung local community? is this what you said if not sorry for misunderstanding!🙂
After all as Samsung has a larger global community they should power up the local community while that people in smaller communities are well benefited
for ex- if you have 100 people you should have 2 buses to carry them while the person having 50 men can go on, but one bus can't carry 100 men if can it's,🤭( more customers = higher profits).
