The best costomer service I have ever experienced 😄 . I bought watch active 3 yesterday . I experienced a lot of problems with the watch . So I went to Samsung service center . They checked my watch and said that it has a problem in motherboard . So they replaced my watch ( this time I took black , bronze doesn't suit me ) . Moreover they gave me wireless charger for free to apologise 🥰 .

Onemore thing this is the worst community I have ever seen . Nobody help me when I shared a problem . Not even modaretors and ambassadors . This is not expected . No community spirit 😕 .
