Bro I didn't try for OTPs but I checked for SMSs weather private DNS blocks sms/otp or not. Using "dns-family.adguard.com" blocks sms But "dns.adguard.com" doesn't block SMS
Yes, it is completely safe and you will infact receive OTPs unlike @RvShankar said. I do a lot of online shopping with Adguard's DNS and there are no issues.
