Changing system accent color doesn't work

Device: Samsung Galaxy A20

Android version: 10

OneUI verision: 2.0

After upgrading to android 10, there is a option for changing system accent color in the developer options that doesn't work. I tried to reboot it but no change. However changing app icons shape does work but changing accent color doesn't do anything and it remains the same default color. Is this a bug or samsung has disabled this for users?
