Click on the Rotate icon to rotate your image by 90°, 180°, 270°, or 360° and then click on Apply to save the changes.

Hi... It's a bit unclear. Can you share more detail about the issue? You can use images or screenshots if u like.

It's a common issue appeared after Android 12 One UI 4.1 update.
To solve that, please follow these steps via the phone's gallery app.
1. Open your gallary and select the captured image that you want to make it upside-down.
2. Tap on menu option Crop.
3. Tap on the rotation symbol for achieving a turn through ninety degrees.
4. Each successive tap will add ninety degrees going through 90 -> 180 -> 270 -> and again back to 360 degrees.
Be sure to click the 3 dots and " ✓ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you.
