Cannot Redeem my Points

I am not able to redeem my sumsung points for any article online or from the store.

The sumsung store at Mirdif city centre informed I can only redeem online and to my frustration I cannot redeem it online either.

Step 1. Depending on your key settings, press and hold the Bixby or Side key to open Bixby.

Step 2. From the Bixby Home screen, tap More (three horizontal lines) menu.

Step 3. Tap Settings then tap Language and voice style.

Step 4. Tap Language, and choose your desired language.
