If you still experience such a problem. Consult with Samsung. S20 Ultra actually had a fault where heat builds up in the camera island, sometimes even shattering the glass. Plenty of complaints on release, and after a while worldwide about the issue.

I think that's the next step because restarting camera settings is not resolving the issue
