I have 128gb NOTE 9. I had the camera blur issue twice and both the time Samsung replaced the Camera module in warranty. It happens when you put your camera in Live focus or zoom, thats when camera screen starts out to capture fully blur image and loud rattling vibration sound. Many people have the same issue, see the link below and I AM NOT ready to replace the camera module anymore. I want a new upgraded phone!!! Paid whopping AED3700 for it and i regret it.
If you are facing same hardware issue more than 2 times when the phone is in warranty you are eligible for a handset replacement. Take your phone to a service center.
