I can't hear someone when I receive my calls this happens after I updated the new version on 16th

Then check phone upside ear speaker sound coming or not if coming its software problem

Next Format ur mobile and check

software problem,I can communicate very well on other calls up only main line I can't

it's coming,I did this *#2835# as I was told,but still when someone calls me I can't hear

Then formate ur mobile and check 1 time if not working u have to install firmware manually
