Hi, I would like to know why some favourite video codec aren't supported by Samsung? For example video from Sony cameras can't play audio on any Samsung device because codec isn't supported, while third party apps like vlc and kinemaster do so easily?
I also face same problem..transfer from my fujifilm camera to samsung video not supported.Video from camera is not MP4.that why we need to convert to mp4 so that can play.
well I know the codec isn't supported and yes I always convert my videos. what I am asking is why do we have to go through all that trouble when apps like vlc play the video easily on the phones? why can't Samsung easily fix their player with just a simple software update??
