C9 Pro slow charging

My C9 Pro was charging slowly , I googled and there was a suggestion to dial *#9900# and set low battery dump to On. Not sure what this does. can anyone explain thanks

c series charge slowly.. I had c7 pro and note 4.. I sold c7 pro and bought a7 2017 yesterday as my note 4 was very old.

lol..m a c9 user...it takes only 1.5 hrs to full charge...i thnk u people dont know how to use mobile..otherwise just go to cstmr service centre
