I have a problem. When I search for my headset, it asks me for a pin code. I did not enter any pin code. Does anyone have a solution to this problem

Can you please try below steps :

On your phone
Go to the Galaxy Wearable app.
Tap "Find My Earbuds".
Tap "Start".
The earbuds will start beeping, gradually getting louder for a period of 3 minutes. Tap "Stop" to end the search.
The app will show the earbud(s) as disconnected and will not be able to locate the earbud(s) if out of Bluetooth range (32 feet), or the battery is dead.

How does it have the feature of finding it via GPS and is it supported by you or are you promoting another product?
