Contactless payments using MST are more practical as NFC machines are not prevalent

you should rather use jazzcash or Easypaisa for contactless payments. Even if they launch samsung pay in Pakistan it will take at least a year for them to expand

MST works on all magnetic card readers that most of the retailers already have. And easypaisa or jazzcash aren't widely spread enough to replace Credit Cards or Debit Cards.
