Battery issue

Plz help me, I have bought a73 5g phone, after 2.5 months, when I charged my phone and when the charge percentage is 85% it is not charging. And showing that it is fully charged. what is the solution for this ...if anyone know plz tell me.. Thank you

U need to off the battery protection as show in this pic and if it works press the 3 dots and click for the solution accepted

The protect battery option is good to give you long battery lifespan
