Hey ..
I'm waiting for my visa confirmation phone call.
And I don't want to miss the call. 

And I've been facing some issues regarding network, internet, heating, call connection if I update my device with mobile data or wi-fi.

So I've been to the service center to update my device but they kept me waiting for more than an hour and said they updated my device but when I returned home my device is still asking me to update and I can see that they just factory data reset and handover the phone. 

This is really bad very bad.
