Frankly speaking i am not much of a Yoga person.
But if it's about favourite yoga pose, mine would be SHAVASANA.
Shavasana is known as a great way to calm the mind, reduce stress and fatigue, lower blood pressure, relieve headache pain, and improve sleep.
It's basically used for relaxation after the end of a Yoga Session!
