Apps not opening

There is a bug when I buy galaxy s22 ultra is not solved when I downloaded android 13 some apps not opening I enter it crashes and it was in android 12 I try a lot of methods and didn't work if this is from android please just fix it as fast a possible and is there are any method to fix that?

Please try the following:
• Go to settings and then device care then click optimise.

• Clear cache of certain app that crash. Settings> apps> select the app> clear cache.

• Re-start not re-set the device.

• If the above methods didn't work, please send a diagnostic report to samsung by the samsung members app.
