That's only normal, pixel is owned by google, the developer of Android, they build the OS to work specifically for them, and other companies take it and add their UI. The hardware complexity dictates how fast you get the OS on your phone, the more flagship it is, the more complicated it becomes, that's why the F06 will ship with OneUI 7 while the S22, 23 and 24 (and many more) are still waiting. Apple does not have this issue as it manufactures its own chipset and develops its own IOS around it. Samsung can only catchup to apple and Google if they improve their own Exynos chipset, and develop their own OS.
