I have a Galaxy Note 10+ and you say the update is in January 2021 But I think you were wrong in the numbers Adana January 2022 is correct today 30 and no update has arrived, or your appointments are failed and not real, and there is no respect for the customer

I don't see the S9 there... I thought all the Galaxy S devices now have 3 years of updates... Seriously! If you're paying this much money for a phone, I'd expect at least 4 years of updates!

And 2019 budget phones get more support than 2018 phones worth more than half the price... How hard is it just to say "thanks for being a Samsung customer and giving us thousands of dollars, here's an update?"
