Will Samsung provide Android 10 update to Galaxy J7 Max? If yes when? And if not why? Because J7 Max was launched in June 2017 only.

no ....and why because it's kernel version, soft API CTs can't even handle android pie also ...then how you expect Android 10? it's launched with naugat and upgradable to only one android version which is oreo
