why is this taking so long for releasing android 10 update for galaxy A70 in uae..? Samsung has released it in other countries.. and why r u guys so slow? i didn't want to say this.. your service to customers **bleep**.. ur phones might be great but for other all customer care samsung **bleep** for some reason..
u guys released update for A7 2018 model which was supposed to receive the update on april. then why not A70? for god sake release it!
u guys are too slow.. be little faster
and not only concentrate on ur flagship devices but also on ur midrange devices or else stop selling this and only sell flagships.

does anyone know the regional breakdown of the update schedule? My galaxy s9 must be originating from Hungary and it did not receive the android 10 & one ui 2.0 update yet. Furthermore, I haven't received any security patch since september 2019. is this normal?
