Hello dear, these adds are displayed by some free apps that you have installed. You have to trace which app is displaying the add and then you have to uninstall it. Inorder to trace the add source, samsung has developed an app. I will put the link in the description. Install it and run it. After you receive an add open the app again and it will show you which app has displayed the add.
