good day Samsung how are you.s this morning I would like to bring it to your attention that you.s are disappointing alot of your customers the way you.s are doing your software update rollout process with Android 14 upgrade its dramatically and drastically and as fast as possible needs to be changed as I have Samsung galaxy A14 SM145F and I haven't received the software update yet on my software updater system even after cleaning the cache and data no luck
how come GSMarena says that this Samsung galaxy A14 SM145F phone is not upgradeable is not upgradeable to Android 14 yet your Samsung galaxy A24 users have already received it
The following problem is what I would like bring to your attention pretty please take alook see to this e-mail for the sake and appreciation of all your customers
