Any A series phone is good ....I think A series better than the M series .A10/A10s/A20.However, an expensive mobile phone will not be useful as you are still learning.😊

I'm not recommended to buy a used device. Also, the A-series is better than the M series. With your budget, my suggestion is Galaxy A32.
