A Good Camera Phone Suggession

What's the best samsung phone with best camera at affordable price? I'm talking about camera having the following features 

1. Should be able to capture at dark/very low light with clear image 

2. 4K/ near 4K camera clarity 

3. Picture should not break when zoomed 

4. Front camera should not blur/hang when recording. That is when taking a video from the front cam it should be buttery smooth 

5. The camera may or maynot have a laser projection 

6. The flash light should cover atleast 3 to 4 feet in front of it 

7. Macrofocusing feature 8. Slow motion recording feature

 (Please suggest me any off topic products besides samsung phones also which are having this feature)

I am not confident to talk about #2 to #7 but for #1, none at 'affordable' price. Maybe that new Xiaomi 108 MP...if that's going to be somewhat affordable.

Anyday S10+ is far better option but budget is on the higher side..none of the Samsung devices will gonna provide you better pic. quality in low lighting but night mode is still manageable..
Even S10+ struggles in artificial lighting also when you zoom pic. starts breaking..this is the area where Samsung needs to improve their camera performance, but in daylight S10+ camera is exceptional..
Coming to the front camera..Samsung is nowhere..👍🌝
